Martin Carver is the Managing Director of Avant-Garde Consulting Ltd.

He began his career with Norwich Union in operational roles before taking the position as Head of Management Accounts for the Life Society.

At this point he enhanced his career by moving into the Regional Training and Development role based in York.

He left Norwich Union and joined a large international Management Consultancy firm TBO, undertaking assignments in the UK and overseas.

After 3 years Martin joined Prudential as an External Consultant before managing the Sales Training and Development team.

Utilising his MBA, he became University Manager before setting up Avant-Garde Consulting specialising in Leadership, Team and Individual development with an expertise in professional coaching.

He has trained with the world renowned, Coaches Training Institute based in San Francisco (one of only a few organisations accredited by the International Coach Federation who set quality standards for the industry).

Martin is passionate in supporting and developing business and individuals to create long term sustainable growth and competitive advantage. He encourages exploration, discovery, focus and actions that impact on the performance. The company logo depicts the movement from one S-Curve to another representing the transformation from one life or product stage to another.
