Maximising
Personal Performance
A focused individual measurement, feedback and coaching programme
that strengthens your Emotional Capabilities thus increasing your
effectiveness both professionally and personally.
Establish your current strengths of Emotional Intelligence using
the Bar-On Emotional Quotient inventory (EQi). This gives greater
personal awareness, highlights specific development areas and strategies
to increase your effectiveness. 1:1 coaching concentrates on expanding
knowledge, maximising skills, implementing learning and reviewing
progress. It creates personal ownership, builds commitment and encourages
long term sustainable change.
At the end of the programme each individual is able to review
progress by scoring the EQi again. Further feedback and planning
creates action plans for the continued development and consolidation
of your EI competencies.
The Six Month Programme:
- An introduction to Emotional Intelligence and the programme
- Foundation 1 on 1 coaching session to review your current environment
and personal goals
- Completion and scoring of the EQi questionnaire online followed
by a full feedback session
- A series of challenging coaching sessions with agreed actions
- Six month review and planning session to identify progress and
create a personal development plan for consolidation and growth
of EI.

People in similar job roles invariably perform differently. Effectiveness
improves with training, coaching or performance development.
Technical Knowledge
This can be tested and remedial training given. Re-tests can be
done to identify improvements until required knowledge levels are
achieved to perform the role effectively.
Skill Ability
Frequently a list of essential skills or competencies is determined
for the role and individuals are assessed against these to identify
the development gaps. The competencies can however be interpretated
differently. Assessments are often subjective and rely heavily on
the capabilities of the managers.

leaders?
